No way! I mean: no way I could agree with you more 
Art is in the eye of the beholder. What is art in my eyes is controversial to others. Personaly I have a much bigger problem with the many Nazi expressionists on Da, and like most nudes, but another peep might find just the oposite.
The 'problem' is that Da is restricted by USA laws (and the so called 'freedom of speech' Americans think they have. Nudity and drugs are out of the question, while 'political' parties like KKK and extremist pictures are covered as beeing 'an expressions of political choise'.
One problem with nudity / porn is the visitors it drawns... Before you know Da is nothing more then a pornpiccollectors platform, without the true art of nudity. Da needs to be careful, that's for sure, when nudity is involved.
As soon as Da however forbids nudity I will leave and will think of starting a Da-like website run from the Netherlands or Belgium or even Sweden whereever the laws are open enough to show what I like, or find another platform which is more open minded on this!
